No. NOLO works with no account and no email. The first time you enter, an anonymous browser identifier is generated (something like nolo_a7b3_x9k2): that ID is your account. With no email, there's no spam, no verification and no way to link your activity to your real identity.

We don't train on your chats. Your history is stored only on your device (in the browser's local storage), not on a server of ours: to us, your conversations don't exist. If you clear your browser, they're gone.

The chat models run on GDPR-compliant providers that don't train on your data and are configured for zero retention. The optional tools (search, images, weather, markets) receive only a minimal keyword, never the full conversation. We don't use advertising cookies or behavioral profiling.

NOLO uses open-weights chat models, and we publish them: Fast runs gpt-oss-20b, Plus runs gpt-oss-120b, and Pro runs DeepSeek V4 Flash. Voice transcription uses Whisper; image generation uses a third-party proprietary model. They run on GDPR-compliant infrastructure that doesn't train on your data and is configured for zero retention, so a model's original maker never receives your messages. We publish which models we use, but not the specific company that hosts them.

We're honest about the limits: NOLO doesn't use frontier models. We compete on privacy, price, quality across 30 languages and long context per euro.

There's a Free Fast plan to get started without paying anything. Plus costs 7,99 EUR a month and Pro costs 16,99 EUR a month (VAT included). There's also a one-off daily reset for 5,99 EUR if one day you need more capacity without subscribing. Payments are handled by Stripe; NOLO doesn't store your card data.

Yes. NOLO searches the web in real time when the question calls for it, for example when facts, laws or prices may have changed. The search receives only a minimal keyword, never the whole conversation, and you'll see the sources in the answer.

Yes. NOLO creates and edits images from your description. You can download them, share them and revisit them from the gallery. Image generation uses specialized third-party models.

Yes, on every plan. Upload PDF and documents to summarize, analyze or extract data, and upload screenshots, photos or diagrams so NOLO can read the text and describe the image.

The Free and Plus plans support up to 128,000 context tokens (about 300 pages) and Pro up to 1,000,000 tokens (about 2,000 pages).

Yes. NOLO can prepare presentations in PowerPoint format (PPTX) and other files, which are built locally in your browser and you can download.

Yes. NOLO has an Android app. You can use the web app from any browser and, if you prefer a focused mobile experience, install the Android app. The web app stays available whenever you prefer it.
