Yes, NOLO is on Google Play. It's the same app with the same anonymous ID and the same on-device history, plus a home-screen icon and share-to-NOLO from other apps. A direct APK is still available if you'd rather not go through Play, and the web app works in any mobile browser. Note that subscriptions bought inside the Android app are billed and cancelled through Google Play rather than Stripe.
